Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially all of the following elements. Please send your complete notice to our Designated Agent at [email protected].
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Provide specific details, such as the title of the work and registration number, if applicable.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. You must provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on newremodeler.com.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party. This includes an address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate. This statement must also declare, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Incomplete notices may not be acted upon. We will remove alleged infringing content within a reasonable timeframe after receiving a complete and valid notice.
Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Send your counter-notice to our Designated Agent at [email protected].
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before its removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located. If your address is outside of the United States, you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which New Remodeler may be found. You must also accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not file a court action seeking a court order against you within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notice, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy
New Remodeler will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion if we determine that a user has repeatedly infringed copyright.
